We are seeking a Sales and Marketing coordinator based in UB Head Office:
JOB PURPOSE: The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports Sandvik Mongolia’s Sales team by planning and executing sales and marketing activities that drive commercial growth, strengthen customer relationships, and reinforce Sandvik’s brand presence in the Mongolian mining market. The role ensures high-quality internal and external communications, coordinates events and customer engagement activities, and produces sales-enabling content aligned with Sandvik standards, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:
- Support sales growth by developing marketing materials, proposals, customer presentations, and sales enablement tools.
- Maintain and update CRM data, sales collateral, and market intelligence databases to support business planning and customer engagement including NPS surveys.
- Coordinate local marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities in collaboration with regional teams.
- Create and publish engaging content across digital and traditional communication channels to strengthen Sandvik’s brand presence.
- Develop bilingual (English and Mongolian) marketing and communication materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
- Plan and execute customer events, technical seminars, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
- Support internal communications by preparing business updates, customer success stories, and sales-related announcements.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to translate complex information into clear and compelling customer messages.
- Ensure all communications and marketing activities comply with Sandvik’s brand standards, compliance requirements, and approval processes.
- Coordinate sponsorships, external vendors, and service providers to deliver high-quality marketing activities on time and within budget.
- Monitor marketing expenditures and support effective budget planning and resource management.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials, promotional items, and branded merchandise to support sales and marketing initiatives
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related Communications, Business, Journalism, field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the mining or heavy equipment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential for this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze, capture and interpret information to produce meaningful and considered communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
