We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Commercial Coordinator to support administrative, finance, and compliance functions across the business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and strong cross-functional coordination between Commercial, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support across Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations functions.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, databases, and document management systems.

  • Coordinate customer onboarding, compliance documentation, contracts, and tender submissions.

  • Support vendor and supplier management, including purchase orders, invoices, payments, and procurement activities.

  • Manage office administration, travel arrangements, and supplier services.

  • Assist with financial administration, including invoice verification, payment tracking, and accounts receivable support.

  • Support governance, audit, risk, and compliance activities by maintaining documentation and tracking action items.

  • Act as a central coordination point between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth business operations.

About you

You are a highly organised and proactive administrator with a strong eye for detail and a passion for keeping business operations running smoothly. A strong communicator, you can work effectively with a range of stakeholders and are comfortable coordinating activities across Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

You will have experience in administration, operations, business support, or coordination roles, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. You are confident handling documentation, reporting, compliance requirements, and financial administration, and take pride in maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in your work.

Most importantly, you are resourceful, adaptable, and self-motivated, with a hands-on approach and a willingness to take ownership of tasks. Experience supporting procurement, vendor management, customer onboarding, compliance processes, governance activities, or tender administration will be advantageous.
