Sandvik has decided to establish a new business area, Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions (SRP), as of 1 January 2021.
Sandvik has signed an agreement to divest its Exploration business to Drillman, a subsidiary of the M Group of companies, which is 100% owned and operated in Australia.
Sandvik has completed the previously announced acquisition of Allied Construction Products LLC (Allied).
Sandvik will publish its third quarter results on Friday, 16 October 2020 at approximately 11.30 CEST.
In 2020 Sandvik AB’s Annual General Meeting adopted an instruction regarding the appointment of the Nomination Committee, applicable until the General Meeting resolves otherwise.
Sandvik and partly owned company BEAMIT are making important advances in additive manufacturing. Recently BEAMIT acquired ZARE, meaning that two leading additive manufacturing service bureaus in Europe join forces.
Sandvik’s new powder plant in Sweden has recently received the ‘ISO 13485:2016’ medical certification for Osprey® titanium powders.
Louise Tjeder has been appointed Vice President Investor Relations at Sandvik.
Sandvik has been included as a member of the prestigious FTSE4Good Index Series in its semi-annual review 2020.
