Sandvik reconfirmed in sustainability index
Sandvik has been included as a member of the prestigious FTSE4Good Index Series in its semi-annual review 2020. The index is designed to measure the performance of companies demonstrating strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices. Sandvik has been a constituent for 16 consecutive years.

About the FTSE4Good index
Launched in 2001, the FTSE4Good Index Series is a series of benchmark and tradable indexes for ESG investors. The purpose is to provide a tool to identify companies that meet globally recognized corporate sustainability standards. The FTSE4Good criteria is applied to the FTSE Developed Index Series, which covers 23 developed countries and 20 emerging countries. Criteria are developed using an extensive market consultation process and are approved by an independent committee of experts.
