We are now looking for a Warehouse Process Support Specialist to join our global Parts & Services Logistics team and help us shape the next chapter of our global supply chain.
Job purpose
In this role, you will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of warehouse processes across our global Parts & Services logistics network. Working closely with process owners, warehouse operations, IT and other stakeholders, you will help translate business needs into practical process improvements, support system and process changes, and contribute to common ways of working across our sites. You will play an important part in strengthening operational efficiency, process quality and user adoption by providing hands-on support, training and expertise to logistics teams around the globe.
The Role
The Logistics Transformation function within the Parts and Services Logistics division is responsible for developing Supply Chain processes to build a best-in-class supply chain organization and to improve our customers' productivity and success.
We are looking for a Process Support Specialist with a focus on warehouse systems and processes. In this role, you will:
- Support process owners in the identification, design, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and support global project initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders within the core Sandvik P&S network.
- Support and train logistics operations around the globe, including auditing processes and documentation to ensure adherence to our common ways of working.
- Manage process changes, request IT changes, and conduct user acceptance testing.
- Use your knowledge and experience to support, participate in, and sometimes lead global projects.
Your Profile
- At least five years of experience in Supply Chain Management with a focus on warehouse operations and working in a cross-cultural environment.
- You have successfully handled change management and are skilled in training and coaching stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
- Experience with Blue Yonder WMS and SAP S4/HANA is essential.
- Knowledge of SAP EWM and Aurora, as well as proficiency in Office 365, are advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are required.
- A structured and proactive working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work across borders, cultures, and organizational levels.
- A flexible, service-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve complex problems.
