Dormer Pramet is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our collaborative team, supporting customers across the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Mediterranean region.

This role can be based in Šumperk (Czech Republic) or Istanbul (Türkiye).

About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be a key partner for our export customers — the first person they turn to for clear answers, smooth processes, and reliable support. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer journey from first enquiry to order completion across diverse international markets.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers across export markets

  • Work closely with Sales Engineers and Account Managers to strengthen customer relationships

  • Prepare quotations in collaboration with sales teams and suppliers

  • Manage the full order lifecycle, from order entry to invoicing, including returns, credits, and claims

  • Coordinate export shipments, ensuring all customs documentation and compliance requirements are met

  • Handle enquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and solution-oriented manner

  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and ERP systems

  • Support customer onboarding and promote digital tools and e-commerce platforms

  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in an international environment and brings both customer focus and export expertise:

  • Experience in customer service for export/international markets

  • Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs, and compliance requirements (essential)

  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative accuracy

  • Comfortable working across systems (MS Office; SAP/CRM experience is an advantage)

  • Fluent English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus)
