At GibbsCAM, we empower manufacturers worldwide with advanced CAM solutions that optimize productivity, precision, and performance. As part of our continued expansion in Asia, we are looking for a high-impact Sales Manager Direct & Channel to accelerate our growth in Korea.
This is a strategic role combining direct sales leadership and channel development, where you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, strengthening partnerships, and delivering value to our customers.
Your Mission
You will take ownership of the full sales ecosystem in your territory—growing revenue, building strong partner networks, and driving customer success.
Deliver profitable growth by executing a robust sales strategy across direct and indirect channels
Win new business by identifying and engaging key prospects and developing a strong sales pipeline
Build lasting relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
Lead and expand our partner network, recruiting and enabling high-performing resellers
Drive excellence in execution through forecasting, deal management, and pipeline visibility
You will collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions to customers.

What You Bring
Experience & Background
Proven success in sales (10+ years), ideally in CAD/CAM or software solutions
Strong experience in channel sales and partner development
Solid understanding of machining environments (milling, turning, multi-task machining)
Skills & Mindset
A consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment
High integrity and commitment to building trusted relationships
Additional Information
Reporting line: Asia Channel Manager
Travel: around 40% - 70% of FTE - Willingness to travel within the area assigned as required.
