About the Role
Currently we have an opening for a Product Line Project & Performance Analyst. In this role, you support the Project Management Office Manager in driving visibility, coordination and performance insight across the Product Line. You help track project progress, support portfolio governance and provide analysis of aftermarket product performance to identify trends, opportunities and areas that require attention.
Working closely with the PMO Manager, Portfolio Managers and Product Managers, you turn data into practical insight that supports priorities and decision-making. This is a specialist role for a structured and analytical professional who can connect project tracking with commercial and product performance analysis. You will play a key role in highlighting where attention is needed and helping the Product Line stay focused on the right actions.

What you will be doing
Support the PMO Manager in tracking the Product Line project portfolio, following up on milestones, deliverables, risks and status updates.
Prepare project and performance reporting that improves visibility of progress, priorities and issues across the Product Line.
Analyse aftermarket product data to identify trends, performance gaps and opportunities, and highlight where Portfolio Managers and Product Managers should focus their attention.
Support portfolio and product review processes by gathering, structuring and interpreting data from different sources.
Translate data into clear insights, dashboards and presentations that support business discussions and decision-making.
Work with key stakeholders to improve the quality, consistency and usability of project and performance data.
Help maintain structure, routines and governance within the PMO so that project follow-up and reporting are timely and reliable.
Act as a trusted analytical support to the PMO Manager, helping connect project activity with business performance and product line priorities.
What you will bring along
You are a structured and analytical professional with experience in project follow-up, performance analysis or business support in a complex business environment. You are comfortable working with data, identifying patterns and translating findings into meaningful insight for business stakeholders. You bring a strong attention to detail, a practical mindset and the ability to support multiple activities while keeping sight of priorities.
You have strong communication skills and can present data clearly, relevant and actionable. You work well across functions and are confident engaging with managers and specialists across project, portfolio and product-related topics. Experience working with reporting tools, performance data and structured project tracking is important, and familiarity with aftermarket or product-related analysis would be an advantage.

As we operate in an international setting, you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing! International travel will be required for this role.
