We are now recruiting for a Training Specialist – (Hybrid), a permanent role, based in Dublin, Ireland.
This is a role reporting to the Head of Change Management and Training. The organization seeks to drive performance excellence through process improvement and delivering on desired business outcomes across all E2E processes.
JOB PURPOSE
The Training Specialist is a key role within the Change Management and Training team, supporting global process, system, AI, and digital transformation initiatives through role-based learning and enablement activities.
Responsibilities include supporting the design, development, coordination, and continuous improvement of learning solutions aligned to approved business processes and ways of working.
Working closely with the Training Lead, Change Management Lead and process teams, the Training Specialist helps employees build confidence in new processes, systems, and ways of working to support operational readiness and successful adoption.
This role contributes to business adoption through practical, learner-focused enablement activities and learning support across transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
Design and develop enablement materials: Create role-based learning and support materials including e-learning, job aids, workflow guides, facilitator guides, and learner support materials based on approved business processes and aligned to agreed learning standards and governance requirements.
Plan and coordinate learning interventions: Coordinate training schedules, logistics, communications, and learner administration for virtual and instructor-led sessions. Support instructors and delivery teams to ensure learning activities run smoothly across global audiences.
Support training needs analysis and planning: Work with process teams and the Training Lead to support the identification of role-based learning needs and recommended enablement approaches.
Support super-user enablement activities: Assist with onboarding materials, communications, and learning support activities for super-users and local business support networks.
Contribute to readiness and adoption activities: Support learning readiness activities, track training and adoption metrics, and help identify improvement actions where required.
Collaborate across process and program teams: Partner with process teams and subject matter experts to develop practical learning materials and support a consistent user adoption approach.
Other Ad hoc Duties as requested by management.
Experience
Experience supporting learning and enablement activities within transformation or technology implementation environments.
Experience developing digital learning, enablement, or communication materials.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills across global teams.
Ability to create visually clear and user-friendly learning and communication materials.
Experience supporting training needs analysis and role-based learning planning.
Organized and structured approach to managing priorities and stakeholder relationships.
Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and fast-paced delivery environments.
Essential:
Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting learning or training activities within transformation or technology-enabled environments.
Understanding of instructional design principles and learner-focused content development.
Experience developing learner-focused training and enablement materials.
Experience supporting training needs analysis and role-based learning planning.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and audience-appropriate materials.
Desirable:
Exposure to instructional design methodologies or certifications (e.g. ADDIE, SAM, ATD, CIPD, or equivalent).
Experience working within an ERP or enterprise systems transformation environment (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Familiarity with simulation or digital adoption tools (e.g. SAP Enable Now, ClickLearn, WalkMe, or equivalent).
Experience deploying SCORM-compliant learning content to an LMS (e.g. Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or equivalent).
Experience using data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI to support learning insights and adoption reporting.
Experience using visual communication or content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint, or similar).
Other:
Occasional travel may be required.
