Service Coordinator

About the role:
This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting service operations for Sandvik Rock Processing across customer sites and company facilities. The position ensures all service activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with health, safety, training, and operational requirements.
Working closely with customers, service technicians, and internal stakeholders, the role manages service scheduling, resource planning, compliance tracking, customer communications, job costing, and administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, supporting business performance, and driving a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Key requirements:
Previous experience coordinating mobilisations to WA mine sites, with Rio Tinto site mobilisation experience highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience in a similar service coordination, planning or administration role.
Minimum 2 years' experience in customer relationship management, delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Planning, Scheduling or Coordination position.
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is desirable.
Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise competing demands and work effectively under pressure.
Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
Qualifications and training:
Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, or willingness to undertake training.
Intermediate SAP skills, or willingness to undertake training.
