What you’ll be doing
Lead IT Operations & Service Delivery
- Ensure efficient and reliable IT services across country IT, local IT teams, and Group IT
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters in the region
- Drive continuous improvement of IT services and user experience
Partner with the Business
- Align IT initiatives with business priorities and operational needs
- Build strong relationships with site leadership, key users, and IT teams
- Provide expert guidance on IT strategy, risks, and compliance
Drive Strategy, Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to global IT standards, frameworks, and security requirements
- Lead regional IT planning and establish a clear IT roadmap
- Support business leaders in managing IT risks and closing identified gaps
Support Growth & Transformation
- Lead IT readiness for new sites, expansions, and M&A activities
- Ensure business continuity and stability during major transitions
- Support rollout of global IT programs and initiatives
Manage Performance, Costs & Security
- Oversee IT lifecycle management and regional IT assets
- Track and manage IT costs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guidelines
- Monitor cybersecurity KPI performance and drive awareness initiatives
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management
- Strong understanding of manufacturing or warehouse environments
- Proven experience with IT strategy, governance, and risk management
- Experience working with global teams and complex IT landscapes
- Excellent communication skills
