The Role
The purpose of this role is:
to manage EQ (Job management) to meet stakeholder requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the EQ (Job Management) module is accurately maintained, with all updates completed and supported by approved internal control documentation on time.
Work in Progress (WIP) management, including regular review and closure of all outstanding jobs, ensuring jobs are correctly classified by job type, model, and branch.
Coordinate and ensure monthly WIP counts are performed, and that any required write-offs are fully reviewed, justified, and formally approved.
Monitor EQ job tracking, ensuring monthly tracking reports are prepared and submitted on a weekly basis for management review.
Ensure parts ordering is effectively managed, with all EQ jobs supported by adequate and timely ordering of required components for repairs.
Oversee workshop invoicing, ensuring invoicing of repaired components is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with IFRS 15. Confirm that all workshop costs are correctly accounted for and that gross profit (GP) analysis is performed.
Manage the end-to-end EQ job lifecycle, including job opening, cost tracking, WIP monitoring, physical counts, and timely closure of jobs.
Ensure all EQ-related parts are ordered promptly to support uninterrupted workshop operations.
Oversee timesheet processing, ensuring all time sheets are accurately allocated to the correct jobs, processed on time, and fully approved.
Support budgeting and forecasting by providing WIP budgeted values and service cost forecasts.
Prepare and review EQ management reports, ensuring reports are timely, fully authorised, and reconciled to the Balance Sheet.
Your profile
We are seeking a Congolese national with a degree in Accounting and at least 2 years of industrial/mining experience. The ideal candidate must hold a valid driving license, be an effective communicator, and demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft applications, especially advanced Excel. The role requires someone deadline-driven, able to work under pressure, and experienced in customer relations and job management.
