HSEQ Coordinator
Location: Sunshine, Victoria

Reports to: HSEQ Manager

About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HSEQ Coordinator to support our operations across manufacturing facilities and customer sites. This role is key to ensuring compliance, strengthening safety culture, and driving continuous improvement across health, safety, environment, and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the HSEQ Management System in line with ISO standards and legal requirements
- Investigate incidents and hazards, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Support audits, inspections, and HSEQ reporting processes
- Coordinate and deliver HSEQ training, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support injury management and return-to-work programs
A little about you:
While we offer training and development, we are looking for someone with the following skills to ensure you are set up for success:
- Qualifications: Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum)
- Skills: 5+ years’ experience in HSEQ environments (mining, manufacturing, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001)
- Experience in incident investigations, audits, and risk management
- Demonstrated competence in injury management, workers’ compensation (WorkCover), and return-to-work coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Other: Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis in line with business requirements
