Business Line Manager – Mobile Crushing & Screening (SEMEC)
Job Description
The business area of Rock Processing, part of Sandvik, is a global leader in crushing and screening solutions for mining, aggregates and construction industries. Our Mobile Crushing & Screening offering combines equipment, aftermarket and service solutions designed to maximize customer productivity and lifecycle value.
We are now looking for a Business Line Manager - Mobile Crushing & Screening to drive and develop the business across the SEMEC region (South Europe, Middle East and CIS). This is a commercially focused role with full responsibility for business performance, working through a network of Territory Managers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
You will be part of the SEMEC Sales Area and report to the Vice President Sales Area SEMEC. The role requires frequent travel across the region (approximately 40–50% time).
Key Responsibilities
Drive the development and execution of the regional business plan, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin and product mix targets across capital equipment, wear parts, spare parts and service;
Own forecasting, pipeline management and reporting, ensuring high accuracy and full utilization of CRM tools and structured sales processes;
Apply value-based selling and commercial discipline to secure profitable deals, including pricing, contract management and solution bundling;
Develop and manage distributor performance through joint business planning, capability building and regular commercial reviews;
Work closely with customers across the region, conducting site visits, supporting demonstrations, leading negotiations and identifying lifecycle opportunities;
Strengthen account management across the network by aligning Territory Managers and distributors on key account strategies;
Collaborate with Product Line, Service and other Business Line teams to ensure consistent market approach and execution;
Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities;
Ensure compliance with EHS standards, local regulations and internal procedures.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Crushing and Screening equipment’s is MUST. Candidates without this experience will not be accepted for further steps;
University degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience;
Leadership and relationship building skills, multitasking advance skills mandatory; open-minded, multicultural experience;
Advanced English, Arabic as a competitive advantage both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage;
CRM experienced user; Sales Force knowledge nice to have;
Proven experience in sales, key account management or business development within mining, aggregates, construction or similar industries.
