Remote work

We always encourage a dialogue between each manager and employee to discuss and agree on the arrangements and ways of working.

We believe that our regular workplaces play an important role in our team spirit, creativity and cross-functional collaboration. However, we think that being in the physical workplace can be combined with remote work in many cases.

Working remote goes well in line with our strategic sustainability ambitions and it can also bring other benefits for our employees, such as better work-life balance. Still, we want the office to be an attractive and value-creating meeting place where we get positive energy and input from each other.

The possibility of remote work is entirely dependent on the nature of the work. It’s an opportunity, but it cannot be demanded by the employee. We therefore always encourage a dialogue between each manager and employee to discuss and agree on the arrangements and ways of working.
