Business area Mining is a global leading supplier of equipment and tools, parts, service, digital solutions and sustainability-driving technologies for the mining and construction industries. Applications include rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunneling and quarrying.
The Parts & Services Sales Representative (PSSR) will be a role based out of any White Pine TN.
In this role, you will drive sustainable Parts & Services growth within the White Pine, TN Area of Responsibility (AOR) by developing and managing a defined customer portfolio, identifying business opportunities, and delivering commercially aligned solutions that create measurable customer value.
The PSSR acts as the primary commercial owner of Sandvik's aftermarket Parts & Services business within assigned mining and industrial accounts, serving as the primary customer interface for parts, service, rebuilds, component exchange, lifecycle support, and other aftermarket growth opportunities. The role is responsible for account development, retention, share-of-wallet growth, and market expansion while collaborating with internal service, supply chain, product and portfolio, and operational teams to ensure successful execution of Sandvik customer solutions.
Success in this position requires strong customer engagement, disciplined opportunity management, consultative selling skills, and the ability to identify growth opportunities across the full Parts & Services portfolio, including consumables, components, rebuilds, service agreements, digital solutions, and lifecycle support offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and drive Parts & Services revenue, growth, and profitability within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers.
- Manage and grow customer relationships through regular site visits, business reviews, and engagement with customer decision-makers.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the entire Parts & Services portfolio.
- Support and grow business with key accounts, including Crucible and other assigned mining and industrial customers.
- Increase market penetration and share of wallet through proactive customer development activities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while ensuring opportunities progress through the sales process.
- Collaborate with Product Line Managers, service teams, planners, and operations personnel to develop and execute customer solutions.
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing, proposals, contract negotiations, and service agreements.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer information, opportunity management, forecasting, and activity reporting.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful delivery of customer commitments and sold solutions.
- Promote Sandvik safety standards and ensure compliance with customer site requirements.
- Support regional growth initiatives and strategic business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in a mechanical, industrial, or mining-related discipline preferred. Ongoing development in sales and commercial processes aligned with PSSR requirements
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development within mining or industrial sectors
- Proven ability to grow revenue and develop customer portfolios
- Experience with consultative solution selling
- Understanding of Parts & Services offerings and lifecycle solutions
- Experience collaborating across sales, service, and operations teams
- Willingness to travel within AOR

Location: Based out of any White Pine, TN
Travel Requirements: Extensive travel is required
Compensation Range: Base Salary with an additional bonus plan
