About the job
You ensure structure, coordination, and progress across our cross-functional development organization. Working closely with Product Management and development teams, you help turn product needs and open questions into clear decisions, aligned activities, and predictable delivery outcomes. The position focuses on transparency, issue resolution, and cross-team alignment, enabling effective collaboration while ensuring risks, dependencies and decisions are managed proactively.
Job responsibilities
- Maintain visibility of open questions, decisions, risks, dependencies and delivery status across relevant feature teams.
- Ensure cross-team topics are documented, visible and followed through using action logs, backlogs or decision logs where appropriate.
- Facilitate stand-ups, coordination meetings and delivery forums.
- Support Product Managers in translating business needs into clear requirements, scope and decision points.
- Identify, manage and follow up on dependencies between teams while driving alignment across stakeholders.
Location
This position is based in Svedala, Sweden.
Your profile
You have a solid understanding of how software products are developed and delivered. Your background may come from software development, technical product development, engineering coordination or a similar environment. You’re comfortable discussing technical topics and understand how they impact delivery.

- The ability to identify risks, dependencies and areas requiring decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
