IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities
· Provide advanced support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (Windows environments)
· Support LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure and troubleshoot connectivity issues
· Administer Active Directory users, groups, computers, and Group Policies
· Support Windows Server environments, including monitoring and patching
· Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and migrations
· Follow ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes
· Maintain documentation, procedures, and asset information
· Manage and troubleshoot industrial printer fleet (label printers, forklift-mounted printers, MFPs)
· Support RF handheld scanners and mobile devices used in warehouse operations
· Maintain WiFi coverage and performance across warehouse and production areas
· Register and track all IT assets in CMDB for lifecycle and compliance management
· Support IT onboarding/offboarding including device setup and account provisioning
· Coordinate with vendors and escalate infrastructure issues to global IT teams as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of computers and end-user devices
· Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WiFi)
· Experience with Windows Server environments
· Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
· Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
· Experience with industrial printers (Zebra, Lexmark) and RF devices in warehouse settings (preferred)
· Experience with Cisco managed switches and enterprise WiFi solutions (preferred)
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
· 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems support roles
· Experience in warehouses, manufacturing, or logistics environments is a plus
· CompTIA Certifications: A+, Network+, etc.
The compensation range for this opportunity is $60,000 to $70,000 gross annual. This role is eligible to participate in our annual bonus opportunity program.
