EQ Controller

Sandvik Mining and Construction DRC is a Sales Unit based in Lubumbashi, within Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions, a Business Area who is a leading supplier of equipment and tools, service and support for the mining industry. We also provide solutions and knowledge in a wide range of applications such as rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunneling and quarrying.

Your mission

In the role of EQ Controller, you create jobs in the system per categories, implement and manage jobs process, and follow up on different steps up to job completion and closing.

You also prepare, record, verify, analyze and report all jobs, maintains and reconcile EQ/Serices jobs accounts, ledger accounts, present WIP, and ensures that EQ transaction entry verification procedures are followed.

You are responsible for EQ/ Service invoicing, and support Sandvik business and External Service.

Your profile

We are looking for a Congolese citizen accountant with good understanding of cash in bank, debtors' days down and customers paying and solid background from the mining or engineering business. You’ve good knowledge of customer business procedures, and ability to effectively perform multiple tasks

As we act in a global context, you are good in both English and French; computer literacy and Aurora/SAP ERP knowledge are advantageous.
