Your mission

As our Operations Transformation Expert, you play a key role in driving initiatives that improve and transform operations. You contribute to developing ways of working that support long-term efficiency and innovation. This is a hands-on role where you stay close to production, spend time on the shop floor, and are ready to step in when support is needed.

Job responsibilities

  • Drive and support transformation initiatives across operations
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Support change management and transformation activities
  • Ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational needs
  • Act as an active support to production teams, bringing practical expertise and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed

Location and flexibility

The location for this position is globally flexible, close to one of our Production Unit sites.

Your profile

You bring a strong background in operations, transformation, or a related field, paired with a genuine interest in driving change and improvement. With solid operational knowledge and the confidence to act in a senior capacity, you understand what it takes to support production in practice – not only from a strategic perspective. Experience from global or industrial environments helps you navigate complexity and deliver results.

Your background includes:

  • Experience working with operational development or transformation
  • Understanding of process and continuous improvement methods
  • Solid knowledge of production environments and the ability to provide hands-on support close to operations
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English
  • A relevant academic background or equivalent experience

Driven by curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset, you enjoy turning challenges into opportunities. You’re visible, present and proactive in the production environment, with a practical approach and the seniority to guide others when situations call for it. You’re adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities and new ideas are encouraged.
