Deal signed with a buyer of the charter airplane company
As we previously have communicated, Sandvik has expressed the ambition to exit the charter aircraft company Bromma Business Jet.
A purchasing agreement has been signed with Kvalitena AB, a Swedish investment company focusing on real estate.
“It is good that we have signed the deal which is in line with the cost savings we are implementing all through our operations”, says Mats Backman, acting CEO and President for Sandvik.
Bromma Business Jet has been owned by Sandvik, SCA and Industrivärden. The new owner acquires the company fully. The transaction is expected to be closed no later than 29 February.
