Technical Training Specialist
We are seeking a Technical Training Specialist based at OT mine site.
Job purpose: This position is responsible for enabling an effective and smooth functioning of day-to day business and as a Technical Trainer communicates with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. The employee is responsible for managing, developing, coordinating, conducting and deliver all standardized training program in local language and English as well as to verify translation of programs to local language and deliver advanced technical support on a regional basis for products, processes, and services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide advice and operational support across the company regarding all training and development activities.
- Communicate all upcoming training activities to management and employees.
- Coordinate effectively with other travel team members, customers, and the mine-site Administrators.
- Manage the enrolment and attendance records.
- Coordinate with Sandvik training team and ensure all training records are captured accordingly.
- Administer training venues, training material and co-ordinate relevant communications and facilitate the induction, where necessary.
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training activities.
- Deliver standardized training courses on equipment (Operation, Maintenance, Service, Service inspection, installation & commissioning, and faultfinding).
- Design, develop and deliver OTJT (On the Job Training) as required to individuals or small groups.
- Deliver and secure product safety training in relation to Operation, Maintenance, Service, Service inspection, installation & commissioning & faultfinding for own regional area.
- Provides Regional support for services such as service inspection and maintenance planning.
- Provides Regional support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting of core equipment.
Job Requirements:
- University degree from relevant field of study or Relevant Qualification in Business Administration.
- Fluency in English and Mongolian Languages.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Have some knowledge of business and its various aspects but is still acquiring further knowledge and experience. Strategic thinker.
- Literate in Hydraulic & Electrical schematics at ISO level.
