Representative to support our entry into the French market!

Velroq is a young, dynamic company changing how industry professionals purchase surface drilling equipment spare parts. Currently active in northern and central Europe, we're now expanding into Southern Europe. To help lead this effort, we’re looking for a part-time team member to focus on France.

Our Exciting Opportunity

This part-time role is ideal for someone currently studying, re-entering the workforce, or seeking flexible work hours—offering a supportive environment that values diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives!

  • Role: Country Representative – France
  • Contract: Part-time (10–15 hours/week)
  • Start: As soon as possible
  • Location: Amsterdam/ Nieuw-Vennep / Remote
  • Language Requirements: French (required), English (working language)

What You’ll Do

As part of the Velroq team, you will support our expansion plans to the Southern European market. The main goal of the role is to help with new market penetration in the French market by working closely with the team to generate sales leads and contact leads/customers with marketing activities, calls, and messages.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Conduct market research to identify and validate sales leads in France
  • Reach out to leads and customers via marketing activities, calls, and messages
  • Help push leads through the sales pipeline and participate in early customer visits
  • Support planning and attendance of a French tradeshow, assisting with booth setup and customer engagement
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns for the French market—online and offline
  • Document findings, customer insights, and learnings to help shape future strategies

What We're Looking For

While technical knowledge is a plus, this role is primarily about understanding customer needs and delivering the right solutions—with the full support of the Velroq team. To be successful in their role we require the following.

  • Strong communication skills in French and English
  • A proactive, structured way of working
  • Interest in sales, business development, or marketing
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with a close-knit team
