Enterprise Integration Lead

Do you want to build smarter, more connected systems that drive real business impact? At Sandvik Machining Solutions (SMS), we’re looking for an Enterprise Integration Lead to help us harmonize and strategically use our integration capabilities – and we’d love for you to be part of that journey.

Some words about us

At SMS, we believe in the power of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion. We’re a global leader in manufacturing and machining solutions, and we’re constantly evolving to meet the future. Here, you’ll join a culture that values openness, creativity, and continuous learning. We offer flexibility, hybrid work options, and a strong commitment to your personal and professional growth.

Your mission

In this role, you lead the way in shaping how we exchange information across our divisions. By working closely with both business and IT teams, you define integration strategies that support transparency, reusability, and smarter collaboration. You help us move from today’s setup to a more harmonized, future-ready environment – one that supports growth, agility, and digital transformation, including AI.

Acting as a bridge between teams, you translate business needs into integration requirements and governance models. You’re responsible for orchestrating and enabling information exchange and semantic interoperability across SMS divisions – ensuring that our data flows, structures, and definitions support a composable enterprise architecture aligned with business goals. Sometimes you lead the change, sometimes you empower others to grow into it – always with a focus on shared success.

This position is based in either Stockholm or Sandviken, with weekly travel to the other site. We offer a hybrid work setup, allowing you to work both from the office and remotely.

Your profile

We think you have a strong background in enterprise integration, data governance, or information architecture. You’ve led integration journeys before and know what it takes to build scalable, reusable solutions. You’re familiar with integration tools, data platforms, and interoperability principles, and you know how to apply them in a global, complex environment. A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field supports your experience. You’re fluent in English, and if you speak Swedish, that’s a plus.

You’re a strategic thinker and a skilled communicator. You know how to engage senior leaders and technical teams alike, and you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity. As you’re proactive, collaborative, and open to new ideas, you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where pace and commitment vary. You take ownership, deliver on plans, and inspire others to do the same.

Our culture

At Sandvik, we’re tech driven, innovative and entrepreneurial. We believe that success is a team effort so we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive culture where people can be themselves and reach their full potential. So, we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our differences. Visit our stories hub, LinkedIn or Facebook to get to know us further.
