Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing strategies, activities, and materials that support our sales initiatives and align with our brand positioning. This role plays a critical part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business results through innovative and effective marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement marketing activities and materials within assigned areas of responsibility
Ensure a smooth and seamless process in supporting sales with high-quality, differentiating marketing communication materials and campaigns aligned with the brand positioning
Contribute to the success of marketing plans and activities by ensuring they are effectively communicated to the market, measured, and followed up
Champion a digital-first approach while promoting internal awareness and understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies
Review business results and ensure all marketing activities and plans are aligned with business objectives and executed accordingly
Liaise with the media, advertising agencies and public relations firms
Coordinate involvement in conferences, exhibitions and marketing seminars
Maintain and update intranet page, and manage marketing related tasks within the CISD application
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics
Experience in creating compelling marketing materials and campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
