Sandvik Mobile Crushers & Screens in Ballygawley & Swadlincote are seeking to recruit UK Area Sales Representatives for Scotland & Island of Ireland, South and West of England.

In line with the wider BU Mobiles strategy the successful candidate will plan and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability in their assigned regions. Understanding the strategic direction will guide you to new customers whilst also evaluating the existing customer base. As such you are responsible for anticipating and understanding our customer needs and matching them with our product offering to maximize customer value. Within your limits of authority you will respond to complex customer enquiries, negotiating prices, delivery times and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
You will demonstrate the ability to turn strategic planning into tactical action to move the business forward, embracing the benefits offered by digitization to enable an ‘easy to do business with’ ethos.
You will be a leader who embodies the Sandvik values, communicates clearly with passion and pride and who supports and actively builds the #proudtobemobiles culture. Avoiding a silo mentality you will work across boundaries to enable agility, synergies and efficiencies both within and outside your own designated region.
As UK Area Sales Representatives, you will report to the UK Sales Territory Manager. UK travel is a natural part of your job. Your location is of secondary importance compared to the skillset you possess, the company is able to be flexible, however it must be based in a region you represent.
- 3-6 years’ experience in a similar role
- University Degree or equivalent experience that could replace a portion of the educational requirement
- Proven track record of creating Sales results from business strategies
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to build and develop sales within a business environment
- Eligibility to work in the UK
