Office and Warehouse Manager

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and operations management? Sandvik Mining & Rock Solutions is seeking a dynamic Office and Warehouse Manager to join our team at the Brier Hill, PA facility.

Key performance areas

As the Office and Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in strategically running our warehouse operations in compliance with company policies and vision. You will be responsible for controlling, forecasting, and planning all SA USA MECU inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.

In addition to managing inventory, you will maintain the warehouse in a presentable, safe, and compliant condition, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Your responsibilities will also include forecasting and tracking OTC sales, as well as keeping the office space presentable, safe, and compliant.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Forecasting and tracking of OTC sales
  • Keeping the office presentable/safe/compliant
  • Processing all facility bills for payment/coordinating payment through AP
  • Ensuring all facility invoicing is completed in a correct and timely manner
  • Monitor/manage the timely closing of all jobs and ensure proper accounting of costs
  • Monitor/manage the timely handling of problematic parts/delivery issues via the LPS process
  • Reconciliation of receivables for customer accounts

Your profile

You possess a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 5-10 years related experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Expertise in inventory management procedures and standard methodologies.
  • Shown ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Proven understanding of warehousing critical metrics.
  • Hands on experience with warehouse management, order and invoice process software and databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Flexible, self-motivated with proven initiative
  • Digital literacy
