We’re looking to grow our team with a dynamic and results-orientated Demand Generation Specialist! This is a key position where the right candidate will pave the way forward for demand generation within Sandvik Coromant.

The Job

In this position, you will be responsible for executing on global campaign initiatives while identifying opportunities for localized campaigns, constructing and monitoring those based on marketing and business objectives in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and local marketing team. You will support the local marketing team with your knowledge in marketing automation and digital marketing.

An important part of this job is to develop, support and execute a wide range of demand generation campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and local market needs. You will also collaborate with MarCom teams across North and South America to develop a deep understanding of customers and their journey in order to develop customized programs for their specific needs.

In this role you would be responsible for:

  • Preparing global campaigns and nurturing programs for deployment in North and South American markets, including localization of content, scheduling, testing and development of smart distribution lists.

  • Developing campaigns and programs to support local SAA activities such as events and other activities.

  • Analyzing campaign performance, defining and tracking key metrics, developing dashboards and reports to show the impact of the program on marketing targets and sales.

  • Recommending and implementing optimizations to improve campaign performance.

  • Actively working on the creation, writing, proofreading of demand generation content, including emails, landing page copy, videos, e-books, and other marketing assets.

As the role and the team continues to develop, we would expect this position to grow their base of responsibilities to match this growth.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing Specialists to develop acquisition campaigns

  • Be the main point of contact between local MarCom teams and the Global Demand Generation team and agency.

  • Sharing experiences and best practices between global markets

  • Developing and executing support and trainings for the Field Marketing team on the platforms and tools used.

  • Participation in Marketing Management team meetings

Your background and profile

If you are someone with a proven track record of delivering results and skilled in project management, this may be the right position for you! You have significant experience in B2B-focused email automation and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple priorities. You bring a dual-minded approach to balance creativity and excellent writing skills with a process and data-driven approach. You are equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively as part of a team, maintain a high level of accountability, are willing to take initiative and bring a positive attitude to work every day.

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of experience working in B2B Digital Marketing or a similar role managing relations with digital agencies.

  • Solid knowledge of lead generation, Account Based Marketing and the customer journey.

  • Knowledge in tools for marketing automation (preferably Marketo), CRM, Power BI and, Office 365 and applications in the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn Business Manager is preferred.

  • Certifications in Google Analytics and social media platforms is a plus.
