HR Business Partner for Global Sales (flexible location)

We are now looking for an ambitious and communicative HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Sandvik Coromant Global Sales organization, with more than 2 000 employees worldwide. In this key, strategic position, you engage in enabling our Sales Strategy, working closely together with sales executives and HR professionals to drive our growth ambition, significantly lift our performance, increase competitiveness in our markets and clearly support our goal to create an “ultimate customers experience”.
Key performance areas
As HRBP for Global Sales, you are responsible for enhancing organizational performance and the business from an HR point of view. This includes supporting sales and HR strategic initiatives, contributing in setting the HR roadmap for the future of Sandvik Coromant Global Sales and creating synergies with other functions and departments within the company. Performance management, talent and succession management and diversity and inclusion are important responsibilities, as is developing the HR organization within your area. You support managers in carrying out change initiatives by offering expertise and tools, and you take full ownership of the HR delivery model, with a continual dialogue and close cooperation with HR functions to ensure high quality support for our business.
In this position, you are an active member of the Sandvik Coromant Global Sales and the Sandvik Coromant HR management teams. You are also responsible for leading a global HR management team with eight HRBPs supporting our six sales areas and sales global functions. The home office for this position is flexible and travel is a natural part of your work. You report to the Vice President and Head of HR for Sandvik Coromant and work very closely with our Senior Vice President and Head of Global Sales.
We are looking for someone with a relevant academic background and – more importantly – extensive experience from managing and understanding the wide spectrum of HR in a global, complex and multicultural arena. You have a leadership style that matches our company culture of fair play, diversity and inclusion, as well as employee development. You are used to working in customer-centric organizations, with experience in strategic planning, managing structural changes and creating great collaborations. This role also comes with a rather high exposure and you are comfortable in the spotlight; communicating and presenting your message in a clear and inspirational manner, which means that you must be fluent in English.
