The role requires general understanding about system integrations, application interfaces, IoT and mobile technologies, etc. just to mention a few. You are fast learner and able to adapt rapidly to changing technologies.

Your problem-solving skills are first-rate, as are your analytical skills, both of which allow you to easily map the customer and frontline needs and convey the message back the product area. Your communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written English) are excellent, and you are a strong team player, dedicated to open communication and collaboration. You have demonstrated experience in service and customer relations, and are highly customer focused, with a keen understanding of what is needed to deliver to top-notch service and support to customers.
