About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Global Inventory Planner to support our Regional Planning team and ensure world-class inventory and supply planning for our two key hubs in Australia. This is a hands-on operational and tactical role where you secure timely replenishment aligned with forecasts developed by Sales and Regional Planning — enabling us to deliver reliably to customers across complex global supply chains.
This is a 15-month maternity leave cover opportunity, ideally based in Heatherbrae, Newcastle, or Perth, Western Australia.
Responsibilities
- Manage weekly inventory replenishment for two in-market warehouses, ensuring stock levels meet agreed parameters.
- Execute and optimize inventory and supply planning aligned with demand forecasts and production capacity.
- Support the phasing in/out of products together with Sales and Regional Planning.
- Lead and coordinate stock redistribution between hubs in other regions.
- Use data from Voyager, SAP S4 Hana, and Power BI to analyse trends and recommend actions.
- Act as a key stakeholder partner, proactively communicating issues affecting availability, demand, or overstocks.
- Manage order flows from global warehouses to Australia, including tracking and follow-up.
- Identify and drive actions for slow-moving and OSMI items.
About you
- A degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent practical experience in inventory and supply planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in SAP S4 Hana and Voyager (or similar tools).
- Ability to navigate and communicate within complex global supply chains.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
