Warehouse Coordinator

Sandvik Mining in Udaipur is looking for a dynamic Warehouse Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in warehouse process including operations and distribution management, Inbound and outbound logistics of finished goods, inventory control and optimization and a passion for driving efficient warehouse operations and ensuring seamless flow of materials to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage proper warehousing process in line with the Sandvik standards.

  • Coordinate and support internal, statutory, quality, and process audits.

  • Handle PO and bill processing for transporters/service providers and track them until final payment.

  • Monitor and verify inbound material counts; ensure timely system stock-in.

  • Ensure proper storage of inbound materials after primary packing, allocate location IDs, and follow FIFO for dispatches.

  • Monitor daily workloads and manage temporary manpower accordingly.

  • Plan and arrange primary and secondary packing materials for local and export dispatches.

  • Prepare all necessary pre-shipment documentation for exports.

  • Ensure export and local dispatches are completed as per due dates and customer schedules; review existing processes and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.

  • Follow up on post-shipment export documentation with forwarders and ensure timely submission to the Excise Department and Bank.

  • Maintain proper documentation and data for statutory forms issued by the GST department.

  • Track consignments and settle freight bills.

  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, HZL sites, and internal departments, providing timely and accurate information.

  • Conduct inventory verifications, including 100% physical stock counts and perpetual inventory checks.

  • Ensure safe and environmentally compliant workflows; conduct safety training for warehouse personnel.

Qualification

Bachelor’s in commerce, Science. Certification in MS Office and advanced excel will be preferred.
