The Role: Quality Manager

As our next Quality Manager, you will:

Assess and elevate our quality assurance processes for manufacturing cutting-edge drilling tools.
Champion safety and quality across all operations.
Develop and implement robust quality protocols from raw materials to finished products.
Lead defect analysis, failure investigations, and continuous process improvements.
Oversee inspections and testing using advanced precision measurement and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
Maintain meticulous documentation for audits and customer certifications.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and drive ongoing improvement.
Evaluate, audit, and train suppliers and production staff in quality best practices and standards.
Ensure our products meet all safety, environmental, and client-specific requirements.

Who You Are

Experienced in quality assurance within manufacturing, ideally with knowledge of drilling tools or related industries.
Familiar with API standards and ISO 9001 systems.
Proficient with precision measurement, NDT techniques, and quality control documentation.
A collaborative problem-solver with a passion for process improvement and training others.
