YOUR MISSION

Coordinate and/or administer various aspects of the organization’s recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, training and organization development, resource planning/forecasting and employee relations programs.

Will operate in and be responsible for more than one of these areas and perform many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive engagement process for employees in cooperation with responsible manager

· Responsible for administrating Employee databases (Workday, Anupalan, Interactive system)

· Analyse and make sound recommendations on complex human resources management issues; understand, interpret, explain and apply regional statutory laws, regulations and requirements.

· Responsible for new employee on-boarding procedures and practices and implementation.

· Responsible for and changes to local HR processes and policies to serve requirements of BDC

· Manage relationships with 3rd party resource vendors including auditing vendor performance against agreed KPIs for recruitments

· Own and drive the whole recruitment process: coordinate with hiring managers, and contract team to fulfil the recruitment plans

· Handles the recruitment process in the HRIS system and all other systems used throughout the recruitments different phases

· Actively work with diversity, Inclusion and equity and ensuring no discrimination during the recruitment process

· Customer responsibility, including being a first point of contact and a partner for BDC, for the recruitment service.

· Have knowledge about and understand the mining divisions

· monitoring hiring trends in the industry that could add value to the business

· Attend fairs and other forums to attract candidates

· Handle health checks and coordinate appropriate actions necessary before recruitment of candidate happens

· Register and log employee records in HR Information System according to established processes

· Identity BDC competence development needs and ensure nominations for all Learning initiatives

· Identify BDC specific T&D demands, communicate to Manager BDC, and support in implementation

· Drive and coordinate evaluations of impact and effectiveness of learning activities

YOUR PROFILE

· 10+ years of Experience in Manpower Planning, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Vendor Management

· A University degree or equivalent experience within the relevant function, Preferred Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management or related field.

Communication and Collaboration Skills:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

· Strong commitment to safety and compliance.

· Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.

You fit into a dynamic and fast-moving team within a business which has been around. You value the opportunity to work with both in-house R&D as well as with customers all around the world. You possess the ability to comprehend complex technical concepts quickly and focus on priorities. Experience in Heavy Mining equipment’s space with exposure towards mining/construction or heavy machinery industry data is regarded as a merit. The ability to speak and write in English, as well as the willingness to travel, are prerequisites in this job.
