Job on Offer
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will support the business segment by processing sales orders, quotation requests and enquiries for all equipment spare parts, tools and consumable products from customers and distributors. These services include quoting and booking of orders as well as logistic support functions such as following up on dispatches and assisting with documentation.
Your responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Following and developing established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective support to the entity
- Ensure that all customer sales orders, quotations, and enquiries are processed efficiently, with minimum delay
- Proactively build relationships with the customers and distributors
- Follow common systems and processes for order processing and management of inventory based on SMC guidelines
- Give instructions to logistics based on INCO terms
- Manage the outbound logistics of Parts and Tools in conjunction with SMC logistics
- Provide marketing support to the segment aftermarket operations
- Act as the link between sales company and the SMC logistics organization/Production Unit
- Following and developing established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective support to the entity
Your profile
The role is based in Belgrade.
To be successful in this role, you will be service minded, possess strong communication skills and can work independently as well as in a team.
English will be a natural working language and other local languages would be an asset.
Experience with Aurora and/or SAP system and basic invoicing knowledge from finance perspective would be highly beneficial.
