We are looking for a Chinese native speaking Key Account Manager who will be responsible for providing ongoing support to our Chinese key customers while implementing business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts for all SMR products managed by our local sales unit.

Your responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager you will:

develop and maintain strategic business relationships with our key customers to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service.
possess very detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
be responsible for the implementation of the sales strategies decided by the Territory Sales Managers and the Global Key Account Manager , aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
proactively suggest to the Territory Sales Managers specific strategies or action to gain or retain sales with specific managed accounts.
organize visits to current and potential clients.
be responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
serve as a liaison between clients and company departments. Informs clients of new products and services as they are introduced.
recommend products and services that fit well with clients’ business needs.
report to the organization MD and Operations Manager and to the Global Key Account Manager every specific need of changing strategy or new opportunity.
keep updated the Company CRM and prioritize its use in all business related communications.

Your profile

The role is based in Bor.

To be successful in this role, you will be service minded, supportive, and cooperative. You have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Chinese (native speaker) and English will be natural working languages and other local languages would be an asset.
