Accounting Generalist (2 years fixed term)

Job Offer

We are looking for an Accounting Generalist who will perform a variety of financial activities, including the recording of business transaction, supplier payments, reconcilation with suppliers and customers, tax reporting, statutory audit and other tasks. The role reports to Finance Manager Balkans and is based in Belgrade.

Your responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include the below:

Bookkeeping of business transactions
Control and upload of sales invoices to SEF
Preparing payment orders in e-banking
Processing and booking the payments
Reconciliation with suppliers and customers
Processing of employees’ expense reports
Support with statutory audit
Support with preparation of monthly VAT return
Participation in month end closing activities in line with Group deadlines

Your profile

Degree in economy, finance, administration or related field;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Problem-solving and team-player attitude;
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization;
Proficiency in English.
