Welcome to our new Global Trainees

During 18 months the trainees will undergo an extensive training program, consisting of three on-the-job working experience, in and outside their home countries, and four learning modules, where the trainees will be coached by line managers across the Sandvik organization.

To help them along their journey, each trainee has also been assigned a mentor.

The purpose of the program is to attract and recruit external students in selected markets and to accelerate their introduction to the Sandvik world. The aim is for the candidates to become Sandvik Global Future Leaders.
