Sandvik's buy-back of own shares
Sandvik's current holding of own shares amounted at 20 August to 3,130,000 shares, corresponding to 1.21% of the total number of shares (258,696,000).
In accordance with the decision at the 2001 Annual General Meeting, Sandvik has the possibility of repurchasing a total of 12,934,800 shares, corresponding to 5% of the total number of shares.
