Logistics Coordinator

As part of our Supply Chain & Logistics team, this role is responsible for coordinating domestic and international transport requirements. You will partner with shipping companies, freight forwarders, customs agents, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure freight moves safely, efficiently, and in line with operational needs. Specific duties include:

  • Coordinate domestic and international freight across air, sea, courier, and road
  • Create and maintain all shipping documentation
  • Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors and 3PL providers
  • Obtain freight quotes, negotiate savings, and approve freight invoices
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, Sandvik standards, and logistics processes

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility requirements
  • 2–3 years’ freight forwarding or intermodal transport experience
  • ERP knowledge (ideally SAP) and strong numerical/data skills
  • Understanding of INCOTERMS and customs processes
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple workflows
