Responsabilities

Daily monitoring of outstanding orders in the interface between Logistic Operations and Sales Area, developing proactive work in SAP.
Daily release of customer orders (auto, mass, and manual).
Daily review, resolve suspended orders and fix order issues.
Review and update outstanding orders linked to PO or DRP.
Execute the cancellation of orders based on customer request or item changes.
Work actively with Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse and Freight teams to source items.
Review and resolve LPS tickets relating to expediting orders, shipments discrepancy, on a daily basis.
Review unit down orders and expedite accordingly.
Weekly communication with internal / external customers regarding procress on all open orders.

Your Profile

Mandatory Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or International Trade.
Proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Experience with SAP platform.
Understanding of logistics processes.
