Outbound Planner

We’re globally accountable for managing the supply chain planning and order execution for both equipment and the after-market. We work in close cooperation with our customers and factories to ensure efficiency and we’re constantly developing our processes and methods as an important component of our business.
About your job
In this role, you’re responsible for managing all order-related activities within your aftermarket area by coordinating delivery, logistics, technical and commercial verifications, confirmations and associated communication You match our customers’ needs with globally available resources, and you ensure the delivery of goods and relevant documentation. By collaborating with our production units and warehouses, you find the best possible solutions to ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, you build and maintain close cooperation with our external partners and other key stakeholders in our organization.
The location for this position is Sandviken.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or another similar field, or with the same competence acquired through a working career. To be successful in this job, you have operational experience from logistics or supply chain management – such as order management, planning, warehouse management or shipping. You’re a skilled user of Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems, preferably SAP. As we act in a global setting, you communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
You’re curious and driven, excited to learn and take initiative in a role that’s still being shaped. You enjoy organizing complex flows and finding smart ways forward, and your structured, solution-oriented mindset helps you navigate challenges with confidence. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you communicate easily with people across cultures and functions.
