Warehouse Manager – Kenwick, WA

The role

We are currently seeking a highly capable and driven Warehouse Manager to join our busy team based in Kenwick, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to take ownership of warehouse operations, driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of warehouse operations, including goods receipt and dispatch, inventory control, people leadership, and compliance with EHS and chain-of-responsibility standards. You’ll play a key role in supporting operational performance and will lead initiatives that enhance workflows, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

You will also ensure integration with upstream and downstream logistics functions while contributing to standardised global processes and local continuous improvement projects.

Areas of responsibility

  • Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory control, including regular stock audits and discrepancy resolution.

  • Manage and lead a high-performing warehouse team, ensuring training, safety compliance, and accountability.

  • Implement best practices in warehouse efficiency, workflow optimisation, and loss prevention.

  • Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track performance and support data-driven decisions.

  • Manage warehouse budgets, forecasting, and cost control activities.

  • Ensure facility integrity, safety standards, and compliance with regulatory and company procedures.

Your Profile

  • A relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar warehouse or logistics leadership role.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable.

  • Sound understanding of financial risk controls, goods returns, dispatch, and credit processes.
