About the Role :

Procurement-focused position requiring experience in IT/ITES industries within product-based or software-driven organizations, responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing and procurement of Software, Engineering Services, and related professional services to support global operations.

Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

· Lead various Indirect Sourcing commodities like Capital, Facility, IT, HR, Software, Professional Services etc.

· Sound knowledge of procurement processes related to setting up office, test lab and managing global software procurements.

· Managing Software and Engineering Services procurement for global organizations is MUST.

· Create/deploy P2P process in line with organizational focus and priority for structured and compliant functioning.

· Drive Supplier consolidation for various Professional Services, Software, etc in alignment with Global as well as regional teams

· In depth knowledge Sourcing process, reverse auctions, Inco Terms and other terms and condition related to Procurement

· Sound knowledge of GST/IT/ITES Process and Global Trade Management.

· Inventory management

· Should have sound knowledge of Vendor development & ERP systems

· Should have sound knowledge of quality systems processes

· Control spend and build culture of long-term saving on project cost

· Ready to travel at supplier’s place

Key Responsibilities

· Manage RFQ process for various Indirect commodities like Capital, IT, Facility, Software Infrastructure projects

· Lead/drive end to end P2P process with focus on on-time delivery, cost out and meeting stakeholders’ timelines.

· Initiate cost out projects for commodity assigned.

· Lead supplier relationship for effective engagement

Qualifications:

Graduate

· Graduate with MBA/PGDBM in operations/Supply chain

· Min 12-15 years of experience in Indirect Sourcing; experience in IT/ITES industries of Product based or Software based organizations
