Regional Sales Manager – Southwest U.S.
Location: NE US - Boston, Manhattan, Philadelphia, or nearby | Remote with 50%+ travel

Seco Tools is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing team across the Northeast region, spanning key industrial markets throughout New England, New Jersey, Delaware, and parts of New York and Pennsylvania. The region serves a diverse customer base across advanced and precision manufacturing, industrial machinery, electronics, aerospace and defense, transportation equipment, metal fabrication, medical devices, semiconductors, marine and shipbuilding, forestry products, and food and beverage manufacturing. This remote role offers autonomy, strategic influence, and the opportunity to drive sustainable growth in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.

At Seco Tools, you’ll guide a team of 5–6 professionals, develop territory growth strategies, and engage with key customers across advanced and precision manufacturing, industrial machinery, electronics, aerospace and defense, transportation equipment, metal fabrication, medical devices, semiconductors, marine and shipbuilding, forestry products, and food and beverage manufacturing. You’ll lead direct reports responsible for sustaining and expanding critical distributor and end‑user relationships to drive revenue and profitability.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Business Administration—or equivalent practical experience.
5–7 years of experience in industrial, machining, or metal cutting sales preferred.
3+ years in a people-leadership role.
Proven success in managing geographically dispersed teams and achieving regional growth targets.
Skilled in coaching, performance management, and talent development.
Living in the region of responsibility is required for this role.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, analytics, and digital engagement tools.
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Southwest region.
Experience as a sales leader in a manufacturing industry is required.
