We are looking for a "Sales Representative" who will develop sales opportunities, support aftermarket activities, and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying growth opportunities within the existing fleet.
Location of the position is Ankara or İzmir, Turkey.
The Role
Developing sales opportunities for all product lines, with a focus on aftermarket products and support.
Performing gap analysis on existing fleet to identify sales opportunities, maintain fleet and conduct quarterly audits.
Participating as a key member in an account or sales team.
Assessing customers’ total potential with Sandvik Mining products by performing opportunity analysis by customer and site.
Liaising with the customer on aftermarket issues to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibility to achieve agreed targets.
Customer development, focusing on productivity and reliability in combination with company values.
Staying current with industry developments affecting sales and customers.
Other duties as assigned.
Your Profile
Bachelor Degree from Engineering disciplines
Previous knowledge or experience with Sandvik products would be considered an asset
Strong analytical/data analysis skills
Computer literacy
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience would be an asset
Strong customer service focus
Proactive with demonstrated initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license required
