Internal Sales Support Specialist- S3

The Role
The internal sales support position provides critical commercial and administrative sales support to the aftermarket sales team for our stationary crushing and mobile crushing & screening customers. This position focuses on quotations, order processing, customer communication and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate and profitable quoting, order processing and delivery of wear and spare parts. The role is key to maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting revenue growth in the aftermarket business.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage quotations for spare parts, wear parts and aftermarket services.
Support PSSR’s with pricing, availability and lead times.
Follow up on quotations and assist in converting quotes into sales orders.
Maintain accurate pricing and customer data in CRM/Salesforce
Process customer orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing
Coordinate with supply chain, planning and logistics to ensure on-time delivery
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and sales team
Handle order changes, returns and credit requests in line with Sandvik policies
Act as a primary internal contact for customer inquiries related to orders, pricing and delivery
Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex cases when required
Support long term customer relationships through responsive and professional communication
Work closely with warehouse, procurement, production and finance teams
Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders and customer interactions on CRM
Your Profile:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing (other qualifications will be considered where the requisite experience requirements are met or exceeded)
2-5 years’ experience in internal sales, sales support or customer service, ideally in an engineering or mining services organization.
Strong understanding of aftermarket business models is an advantage.
Be willing to travel to customer sites or other Sandvik sites (which include travel to other territories if the need arises)
Must be a smart worker who is self-motivated, performance-based outcomes orientated and needs no supervision.
Valid driver's license.
