About the role
We are seeking a driven and hands-on Channel Manager reporting directly to the National Sales Manager of China. This role is the bridge between the market and internal stakeholders, ensuring all channel activities align with corporate compliance, pricing governance, and system requirements.
This role is responsible for leading the team to achieve the sales target by volume products in the automotive, mold and die,3C, energy. This will involve quotation, negotiation, getting sales orders, and handling payment issues. Our ideal Channel Manager is enthusiastic, proactive, team oriented and dedicated to fulfilling our customers’ needs promptly and courteously.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our distributor and channel network, ensuring fair, complaint, and sustainable business growth.
- Manage sales growth in China by building strong relationship with existing Channel partners, customers and sub-distributors.
- Providing necessary support individually for product and applications.
- Working with the local marketing team to undertake initiatives to strengthen our brand in these markets and thereby creating necessary pull effect for our offer.
- Proactively working with the necessary support team across activities like timely delivery thereby ensuring rich customer experience.
- Identify, onboard, and manage qualified channel partners in China markets.
- Establish clear business plans with partners, including sales targets, growth initiatives, and market penetration strategies.
- Optimize the distributor network to ensure market coverage, focus, and effectiveness.
- Drive volume, revenue, and profitability through indirect channels.
- Support partners in lead generation, opportunity conversion, and technical enablement.
- Ensure all channel operations are conducted ethically, fairly, and in line with local laws and global compliance standards.
- Monitor adherence to pricing policies, discount structures, and territorial integrity.
- Conduct regular audits, reviews, and documentation to ensure transparency and risk mitigation.
- Implement standard processes for partner onboarding, reporting, forecasting, and incentives.
- Generate market intelligence and competitor insights via partner feedback and regional observation.
About you

- College's degree or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing, business or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or channel management within the cutting tools, industrial tooling, or machining sector.
- Proven track record in managing distributors or indirect sales.
- Fluent in Spoken English, good English communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with business partners.
- Experience in compliance-oriented and system-driven environments.
