Your mission

As Business Support Specialist, you play a crucial role in supporting our export markets in Balkans and Central Eastern Europe by ensuring that every customer order is processed accurately, every shipment is coordinated efficiently, and every stakeholder is aligned for success.

You are a key link between internal teams, logistics partners, and international customers – making sure communication flows smoothly and that our processes run with precision.

You contribute to an exceptional customer experience by securing data accuracy, proactive coordination, and timely problem-solving. With your structured approach and service mindset, you directly support business continuity and customer satisfaction in our export markets.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Processing and managing customer orders for export markets with high accuracy

  • Coordinating shipments and logistics with internal and external stakeholders

  • Handling customer inquiries and securing timely, solution-oriented responses

  • Maintaining and updating system trackers with key customers and orders information

  • Supporting documentation and administrative tasks linked to export activities

  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to secure on-time, error-free deliveries

Your profile

You bring experience from administrative or customer-support roles, ideally connected to export operations. You are organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.

With strong communication skills and a proactive mindset, you enjoy working with different teams and finding solutions that keep customers satisfied and operations running efficiently.

You are confident using Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems (preferably SAP), and you are familiar with – or ready to learn – export documentation and procedures.
