Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for Sandvik mining equipment at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Sandvik mining equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Prepare service reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in equipment servicing, preferably in mining or heavy machinery.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in remote mining locations.
- Knowledge of Sandvik equipment is an advantage.
